A Different Kind of Tired - Lindsay Scola

Season 1, Episode 20

Sleepless nights are part of the caregiving package, but what happens when it veers into a whole new category of "something isn't right?" Even if we're caring for others while working in high-pressure positions, we cannot neglect our sleep health for too long.

Speaker and strategist Lindsay Scola spent 19 years advocating for her own sleep health, ultimately being diagnosed with narcolepsy at the age of 35. Lindsay's story is one of perseverance when the world tells you that your physical health symptoms are "just normal," even when you know they are anything but.
